Needles and Syringes:

Never Move or pick up a used needle or syringe - Needles and syringes do get returned to the appropriate agencies.

However some needles and syringes do end up in public places and can cause harm. If you receive an injury from a needle or syringe seek medical advice immediately.

If you see a needle or syringe:

• Don't touch it
• Don't Move it
• Call the Cleansing Helpline - 0151 471 7595
  (Monday - Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm)

Someone will come as soon as possible and remove the needles and syringes safely.
